Business management is the co-ordination and organisation of Business activities. This typically includes the production of materials, money and etc,its involves both innovation and marketing. 

Business management definition is managing the coordination and organisation of business activities. Management is in charge of planning, organising, directing and controlling the business's resources so they can meet the objectives of the policy. 

The goal of management is to get people together to achieve the same desire objective and goals by using the resources that are available in an effective and efficient way. 

Management function include the :-

Organising. 

Planning. 

Directing. 

Staffing. 

Controlling.
